Hadeel came off very cocky & full of herself when I had questions about a new phone. I was looking to upgrade, but every question I asked Hadeel answered in a way that was demeaning. I’m surprised Verizon would allow someone like her to be a store manager.
After incorrect billing, Mary assisted me in straightening out and obtaining the necessary codes. They still did not get it right. I presented again and Paul was awesome in once again dealing with the "responsible parties" who couldn't seem to get it done. Kudos to Paul for following up and letting me know they had straightened it out. It had appeared it was finally correct. However, they billed me again, incorrectly. I will wait and see if the billing is correct next cycle. Thank you to Paul and Mary.
