I had a great experience at the Verizon in Tustin. Last night, I spoke with Kyle, who was helpful despite the store nearing closing time. The next day, I worked with Sean calm, easygoing, and super clear in helping me set up both my numbers. Ryan, the manager, also walked me through some steps, and I appreciated his kindness. We had the unique pleasure of meeting Adam!!! Not only did he have a super authentic personality, but he was exceptional at multitasking while managing three phone transfers at once. It was pretty impressive. He made purchasing my first phone really fun! He played exciting and dramatic background music as I opened the box!!! Overall the experience was memorable and ADAM!!!! He’s the man!!!
