I went to the Verizon store in Tustin. I went to get my charger checked. My charger didn't work. I spoke with an Employee named Ricky and the Manager named Nancy who checked the cord and it wasn't working. Nancy went to get me another cord for my phone. When she returned, she said here it is two new cords, have a nice day. I couldn't believe my ears. There was no charge for this and both employees did this with a huge smile. We ordered a phone case añd walked in before it said it was ready. Ryan greeted me and when I showed him the order, he was more than happy to grab it for us and help us. He also went and found a screen protector that was not listed as available on the website in the back for us. We tried the scan and go in the Verizon app and it went through easy and smooth. This is now my go-to Verizon store. I usually only go in every few years for upgrades, and it can be nerve-wracking not knowing what kind of experience you’ll get with different reps or locations. But the Tustin store at The District completely changed that, ESPECIALLY thanks to Aaron working there.
