The issue was eventually resolved, but the staff didn’t seem very friendly or enthusiastic throughout the process. Overall, the problem was fixed, but the customer service experience could be better.

Don't really like being told it will take an hour. Then when you get your txt that they can help you, they're all sitting around, see you coming then disappear into the back room, only to all have to wait. Not professional at all. Makes me want to switch to another carrier.
