I was assisted very quickly and got hooked up with a new phone and plan. Robert was super helpful throughout the entire process!
None of their phones are labeled. So you have to manually search on each phone to see what it is. And you can't pick up any of the phones. Who would buy a phone without even being able to pick it up. What do the colors look like? How does it feel? Nope. Just rushed in, and then they ask what phone you want before even looking. Now I have to go to Best buy to look at what phone I want.
Verizon customer service is a joke.
the experience was okay. had an interesting employee (the balding Asian guy) roll his eyes and huff at me for asking clarifying questions BUT Eric and Amal(?) were sooooo nice and helpful and resolved my issue in minutes <3
The best store in our area. Bryan is amazing guy, he is very friendly and helpful!
