Personally not happy with the service. I bought a brand new Apple Watch Ultra and within a day the paint of the watch started coming off and smearing all over my wrist. Went to see if they can do anything about and they said no. Not trying to be a Karen but when you pay for a $800 dollar watch you would think that wouldn’t happen. And I did not have it for no more than 3 days, and my last two Apple Watches never did that. Never, sure if it was cheap okay, but it’s not lol.
Extremely helpful in-store but neglected to tell us we needed an adapter to charge phone. Somewhat important.
I have been a Verizon customer for many years and visited plenty of Verizon stores before. I have never, however, been so impressed with the customer service I received. Both Mr. Philippe, the manager, and Ms. Jessica went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They were friendly, professional and extremely helpful!

Waited here for 3 hours plus to have a line switched. Tried to make me wait to return an outdated internet router that we ordered from this location a couple days ago. There is much better service and competence to be found at other locations.
