I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location thanks to Evan. He helped me switch over from T-Mobile to Verizon and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I upgraded to a new phone and an Apple Watch Ultra, and Evan went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly — including keeping my same phone number. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Evan!
