Miguel greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was very helpful in arranging for Verizon to send me a replacement phone that was overheating.

I needed to transfer my verizon data plan onto my new phone so I visited this store to do so. I was asked to provide my 4-digit pin code to access my account to which I was told my code was incorrect and since I did not have my old phone I was unable to complete this data plan transfer. I was confused because I was sure this code was correct and I was consequently pushed into having to get a new number on a new data plan which costed me more money than my previous plan (extra $10 a month).
