Picked up my new phone here. Was fast and easy.
I went to this Verizon store after having an issue with my account resulting on my phone lines being suspended. Gibran and Jared helped me quickly and professionally get everything sorted. They also helped push through my Fold 7 upgrade and I was able to wrap up everything in one day. I'd recommend these two to anyone having issues.
Personally not happy with the service. I bought a brand new Apple Watch Ultra and within a day the paint of the watch started coming off and smearing all over my wrist. Went to see if they can do anything about and they said no. Not trying to be a Karen but when you pay for a $800 dollar watch you would think that wouldn’t happen. And I did not have it for no more than 3 days, and my last two Apple Watches never did that. Never, sure if it was cheap okay, but it’s not lol.
Extremely helpful in-store but neglected to tell us we needed an adapter to charge phone. Somewhat important.
I have been a Verizon customer for many years and visited plenty of Verizon stores before. I have never, however, been so impressed with the customer service I received. Both Mr. Philippe, the manager, and Ms. Jessica went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They were friendly, professional and extremely helpful!
