1st man who helped me was great. Needed help transferring my phone was told I needed to go home to connect to wi-fi. I did what was suggested still couldn’t erase everything. Talked to Verizon costumer service and was told to go back to the store. Went back and explained what happened to a different employee. Was told that they couldn’t erase it and would have to send it any. We had a calm conversation but employee got kinda snappy at the end.
