I ordered a phone case, the site says it normally takes 2 hours, at more than 5 hour still nothing so i visited the store only to find out they did not have the phone case in stock after all and inventory was incorrect. They could have let me know beforehand. Advance Auto Parts did this when I made an order right away. They are very slow service, only like 4 people working and a dozen customers waiting
Awful store. Slow. Disinterested in their customers before and during service. No sense of urgency in helping or even trying to.
Best service I have ever received at a Big beaver Verizon location and Brandon is the best and he helped me answering all my billing questions and suggested for some deals.
