Vlad is incredibly helpful from when I walked into the store and from when I left. He helped me understand why my bill increased and even called into to help me get a loyalty discount to lower it even more than it was before I came in.
Vlad was super helpful got my billing issues resolved and helped get me into a new iphone 17 pro for free
I ordered a phone case, the site says it normally takes 2 hours, at more than 5 hour still nothing so i visited the store only to find out they did not have the phone case in stock after all and inventory was incorrect. They could have let me know beforehand. Advance Auto Parts did this when I made an order right away. They are very slow service, only like 4 people working and a dozen customers waiting, Seem to be always short staffed.
