Blair was absolutely amazing! She was such a patient problem solver helping me when I encountered difficulty after changing carriers to Verizon. I was pretty stressed, but she lowered my anxiety and calmly tried various actions until the problem was solved. I am so grateful for her help and more importantly how she treated me throughout.

Save yourself the time and go to a different store. The guy was more concerned about me changing my plan than helping me get my warranty phone. He told me i was stupid for not wanting to save $5. I was "Leaving money on the table". Ill be leaving verizon on the table after this experience. Gave me the run around, had to go to asurion twice with no resolution.

I strongly recommend taking your business to any other Verizon location. The service here isn't just poor; it’s misleading and deceptive. I was given conflicting information by multiple associates and managers regarding a device trade-in and a $1,000 charge. When I returned to resolve the 'crossed wires,' I was met with finger-pointing and a total refusal to provide anything in writing.
