The customer service in this store is a joke. Both times I've come in here there's only 1 employee working while the others just walk in and out of the back. And then at least 2 "managers" standing around doing nothing. It should take 2 hours to drop off a phone when there's only 3 customers ahead of you.
The worst service I have ever seen
We went in to get a sim card as the one that we were promised in the mail never arrived. They were very helpful and we actually got a new iPad after trading in the old one.
I ve been sitting for 45min,3people are working,10people are waiting,for 45min,the three people that are working,still didnt finish the same customer that were with them when i came inside the store.I have no idea whats up with this store,and they are so relaxed,i was like omg am i crazy or are they doing that on purpose.45minutes,no customers served.Please do more training or anything,just do something management.Please
