One of the best Verizon locations in the area. Had 2 visits at the store and was helped by Keith, Chase and Alikzander. All very knowledgable and personable. Was able to update my family plan and our phones smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
My husband had a phone issue and we had a great experience at the store on Big Beaver Road Keith was very helpful and was able to get us sorted. He was very friendly and professional
