Rahim was exceptional! Went with my mom to replace her phone and update our plan. Rahim was informative, patient and attentive. He even took, what seemed like, extra time helping set up the phone so it was the most functional for my mom's needs. Made us feel comfortable and confident in the transaction. Very much appreciate the professional, respectful and kind approach.

Waited 45 minutes 1 person walked right before us got Waited on right away. We were told 10 more minutes, that didn't happen. Verizon workers standing around doing nothing. We will have to try a different location.

Walked in, got on the wait list. There was 7 people in front of me, so I began waiting. About an hour and a half later someone was finally able to help me. I asked about how to upgrade my iPhone and they didn't tell me until now that I couldn't upgrade unless my account manager was present or if I had account manager permission. So, I waited all that time for nothing.
