I visited the store to move my service from T Mobile to Verizon The store manager Andrew and the associate Shomari Aiken at the store were very helpful They explained the deal and also helped me to set up the phone In fact your tech support TEAM was not able to resolve the e sim but Shomari Aiken was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction I plan to refer some of my friends to visit this store and change their service to verizon Keep up the good work Thx Sonny
Service was alright but prices went up regularly and overall plan was increased $5+ a month without any notification.
The assistant manager Andrew is so rude discussing problems he had with Otter customers in front of customers...not cool ..then couldn't even activate new phone I got so rude ...will never deal with Verizon again
The whole store is filled with incompetent employees who can't do pre orders right and have cost us time and money dealing with the iPhone 17 pre orders and launch. It is now Monday Sept 22nd 2025 and we still don't have our phones and we are so frustrated and will be canceling our 4 lines and going to T Mobile.
This store is less than useful. I’m not sure why Verizon wastes their money on this place. My son upgraded our phones and plan while I was out of town. I had my current phone and was unable to switch to the new phone during this initial appointment. I work in Taylorsville area and figured I would just come here to switch it over. The gentle promptly asked me where I bought it and said I needed to go back to that store.
