I went into this store with a big list of things I needed to address. I was prepared to close my account, that I have had since 1997. Luckily, I got Jessica Britt! She really helped me! Who knew there was a difference between a corporate store and a retail store. Who knew she couldn’t help me with International, but gave me the number. I can’t thank her enough! She saw and understood all the issues we were having. Thanks again Jessica,

I didn't catch the guy's name who helped me but he was working around 6pm on 5/7/26 and was super helpful. Nice dude. He was straight forward, polite, and informative.

I went in today to talk about plan options, possible trade in options for our current phones and to see if there were any options at all to lower our monthly bill. The employee that helped me was the absolute rudest I've ever come across in my 18 years of service from Verizon. He raised his voice and was so rude and condescending any time I asked a question.
