The Asst. Manager Margaret I. was supper helpful, polite, patient, and professional in helping me resolve an issue that really didn’t need to be addressed in the store as it was a corporate billing issue that has been a nightmare since December, yet corporate insisted we must go in store as it was something on their end (false!). We purchased 4 phones in Dec. from this location , they arrived at the UPS warehouse and never made it out for delivery, so we canceled all services we had set up and stayed with our current carrier... read more

Buckle up; this is a long one, but might save you money. My husband needed a phone upgrade a couple weeks ago. He asked about the Google Pixel 9, and the guy asked if we meant the Google Pixel 9 Pro, or the Pro XL. (We found out much later that there was a third version, the Google Pixel 9, that was much cheaper, and that the guy didn’t even mention. Was this an intentional omission? Who knows.) I went in to see about my bill being fixed, they couldn't do anything for me. So they put me on the phone with a Verizon person. Before that I had already spoke with Verizon 3 other times, plus doing a chat with them twice. Nothing!! They each reassured me it was fixed. Never was!! Never!! Still called again 2 days ago, I was reassured it was fixed, again. I guess I'll see if it's done this time or just switch to another company. Scammed and lied to; was with verizon well over 15 years. Trust should be at the store, not here. They will login to your account make changes to make your bill appear the same while adding a new line that you supposedly need for the better deal. Never had an experience like this at a verizon store until here and I'm no longer with verizon. 4 lines and home internet. Conscious doesn't apply to people here and they still sleep fine at night. To make up for the extra line they downgraded 2 phones to lower speeds. All done by a... read more
