This store is less than useful. I’m not sure why Verizon wastes their money on this place. My son upgraded our phones and plan while I was out of town. I had my current phone and was unable to switch to the new phone during this initial appointment. I work in Taylorsville area and figured I would just come here to switch it over. The gentle promptly asked me where I bought it and said I needed to go back to that store. Emmanuel was awesome and has a great personality! This was our second time seeing him about our bill. He is very knowledgeable and cares about customer savings. He helped us figure out some issues with our monthly bill and explained things to us thoroughly. Emmanuel is an asset to Verizon.
I went into this particular store roughly two weeks ago because I needed to add a line to my business account. I spoke with two employees named Anthony and Andrew. These two fine young gentlemen assisted me with adding the Apple Watch line to my business account. Both of these two young men were both knowledgeable of the products availability and aware of my time. They neither wasted my time nor treated me as an inferior because I was the customer.
