My wife lost her iPhone during a trip out of the country. So we went to a Verizon store in Missouri City to have a new one. This store gave us a very good deal since we have been with Verizon for 14 years. However, the new phone could not reuse my wife’s old phone number since the eSIM of the old phone was locked/blocked after she previously reported the old phone was lost.
