- Long wait. - Need more employees. - New phone service issues. Bought phone, and was told it'll be an easy start-up to "Do it yourself". It was not. My wife was on support for hours and hours and hours, to get it working. Talked to multiple people over days and finally was told there was a glitch in the system. Literally had to get a new number and deal with that hassle !!!! However... The people were nice from start to finish. I visited the store to cancel a plan. The staff were unable to help me and made me speak to a person on the phone who was difficult to understand due to her strong accent. She was also very pushy and couldn't seem to take no for an answer when I said I didn't want any special offers, but I wanted to leave Verizon. It took me over an hour to finally get rid of my Verizon plan.
You guys are I really hate you guys I really do the reason your customer service sucks okay if I'm going to pay my bill online and it says 79.83 why can't I just send an $80 it keeps saying no on my mobile app why are you refusing to take people's money don't you guys can't figure out what the balance will be next month it'll be 25 cents less
I want to thank all the customers representative especially Mal and Nick for their service, patience and dedication!! They helped us a lot.
