I hate leaving bad review. I am all about pointing out the great when it comes to Customer Service as there just is not enough of that done. But I wanted to point this out to them. I cam into the store with my wife to upgrade our phones. We have been Verizon clients for about 20 years now. We walk in and were meet by an gentleman who said we close at 8 and you have an hours wait so I can check you in if you want. Very unprofessional they are rude, keeps on giving me misinformation and had me go to 3 different stores. Stupid employees there don’t go.
