Якби можна було поставити нуль зірочок - я б поставив нуль. Обдурили на місячному пейменті, обіцяли одне по факту чомусь довелося платити більше. Три дні виходив сюди щоб перенести свої номери, у їх були постійно якісь збої в програмі, працівники спихували відповідальність один на другого, ніхто ні за що не хотів відповідати. На мої запитання, чому ви обіцяли що я платитиму одне, а по факту ви чомусь чарджуєте більше - мені відповіли що став питання тому, хто тобі таке наобіцяв, а він вже тут не працює. Walked in, asked questions about the WiFi cube that I purchased here, I was redirected to call 1800#... Not even once was I offered to check my account and see amehen my bills cycle is.

Never a good experience here. The experience was with the management and I think her name is Debbie. Don't like associate Karen. Can't believe she is still there. How do you run a business with your systems down

- Long wait. - Need more employees. - New phone service issues. Bought phone, and was told it'll be an easy start-up to "Do it yourself". It was not. My wife was on support for hours and hours and hours, to get it working. Talked to multiple people over days and finally was told there was a glitch in the system. Literally had to get a new number and deal with that hassle !!!! However... The people were nice from start to finish.
