The worst service do yourself a favor and go to the parma location. You don’t check in until after being in store for 10 minutes then you sit there for 40 minutes only to hear I can’t help you with that.

A few weeks ago, I brought my elderly parents to this store to determine if my dad ordered a phone or was scammed. Mal helped us determine my dad did in fact purchase a phone but let time lapse. Mal helped us re-order and was very patient. When their phones arrived in the mail, they needed help setting them up. Eric, in the store, helped my mom and I set up their phones.
