Came into today to buy a new phone. I was lucky enough to get David to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. I felt like he really listened to me and my needs and wasn’t just selling me the latest promotion. Great that you can walk in and buy a brand new iPhone and walk right back out, keeping your phone number. The store helped me switch away from horrible AT&T ! I highly recommend switching to Verizon if you haven’t already and it’s wonderful that we have Verizon stores right here in Simi!

I visited Verizon on 6/14 hoping to get a hotspot device. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete the purchase because of issues on my end, but the experience was still very positive. The staff was professional, patient, and took the time to explain the available options and plans. They answered all my questions without any pressure and made the process easy to understand.
