I visited Verizon on 6/14 hoping to get a hotspot device. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete the purchase because of issues on my end, but the experience was still very positive. The staff was professional, patient, and took the time to explain the available options and plans. They answered all my questions without any pressure and made the process easy to understand. They don’t know what they are doing over there I live overseas and I tried to get my sim unlocked so I am able to have a carrier overseas as well so I have data and they made the process so difficult and turned it into a massive ordeal.
Sebastian is the best , and Felix is hot ,Don't forget about how smart JP is, oh and Marcus he's my day one !
