I stopped into the Simi Valley Verizon corporate store on Black Friday. The store was packed, busy, and moving with constant traffic, but even in the middle of all that, the service we received stood out in the best way. The lack of help from the employees at this location is unbelievable. I know it’s Simi Valley, which isn’t exactly known for great service, but this was next level. When I came in, I basically had to sell the phone to myself. If I hadn’t done my own research about my trade-in offer, I wouldn’t have gotten anything for it. My husband died three weeks ago. I am trying to add his number to my phone. I cannot. I have tried EVERYTHING with this company. I am going around in circles and no one knows enough to help me. I am beyond angry……this should not happen…..but I guess it’s Verizon’s policy to beat up on widows.

Crappiest service no phone reps available on phone , app crashes no way to update caller ID even after requesting to have it updated overall no happy and very frustrating, def making the switch end of month
