Crappiest service no phone reps available on phone , app crashes no way to update caller ID even after requesting to have it updated overall no happy and very frustrating, def making the switch end of month
Absolutely horrible. Joe the “manager” explained that I can sign up for their top tier plan and get a BYOD credit if I include a secondary line in the plan. It worked out to be cheaper monthly that way supposedly. After giving the EMEI of my old device as a trade in I signed up. First bill comes, and it’s nearly double what they told me.
