Went in to pick up an “express” pick up order that was placed online 2 hours after order was placed. Representative looked at me like i stole something, told me there was no order ready for me and proceeded to walk away. Ive been in customer service for many years and i would never treat a customer that way. Completely unacceptable.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The person (name tag said Gary) was giving fake excuses to not help me that didn’t make sense and then finally hinted that it was because it might take awhile and he didn’t want to risk having to stay late. Was there for 30 minutes and didn’t get any answers or help and am no closer to having a working phone.
Went in for a upgrade and watch around 630 pm gensa didn’t want to work she told me there was all this and that I needed to do and how she couldn’t do it cause they close at 7 and every location closes at 7 very rude So I left there and went to longmeadow Verizon around 730 got set up with a new phone and watch before 8pm which was there closing time I recommend longmeadow location over this location
