We walked into Verizon just to “look.” Yeah… that didn’t happen. Yesterday, we randomly happened to be in West Springfield, MA, and decided to stop at Verizon to check out some phones and possibly switch carriers. Mind you, we live way out in the northwest corner of Connecticut and have had our old phones FOREVER, so buying new phones yesterday wasn't even on the agenda. I work in sales myself and the way i was treated in this store was unaceppetabke , they didnt want to sale me anything , and asked “do yall live far“ indicating he had no intention in helping me , i try everything possible to help , worst thing About it was i was ready to buy a watch , I’ll never come back here , very unprofessional they didn’t even greet me when I walked through the door. Why are 5 people working in the store when none can actually help you? They had Verizon customer service call my cell to help me with my problem. The 5 people then stood around talking about upcoming vacations and travel plans, and none seemed interested in actually working or helping. Completely pointless and unhelpful.
They fixed 2 phones for me
The absolute worst provider out of all of them .. the most I’ve ever paid for a cell phone plan yet I never get service ! Tried to switch but they make it impossible to leave. Save your money and go elsewhere
