Good customer service here. At first it seemed like the lady was kinda giving us some attitude, and it was a little difficult needing to deal with the fact that she’s required to try to upsell us on shit, but that’s not her fault. My husband and went to the West Springfield location on Riverdale St and couldn't be happier with Spec-Retail Janel Cruz-Santos. She provided great customer service, was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Upgrading our phones was quick and painless. We left very happy customers. Please ask for Janel and you won't be disappointed.
Service and overall experience was excellent
