Why are 5 people working in the store when none can actually help you? They had Verizon customer service call my cell to help me with my problem. The 5 people then stood around talking about upcoming vacations and travel plans, and none seemed interested in actually working or helping. Completely pointless and unhelpful.
They fixed 2 phones for me
The absolute worst provider out of all of them .. the most I’ve ever paid for a cell phone plan yet I never get service ! Tried to switch but they make it impossible to leave. Save your money and go elsewhere
Went to pay my bill. I also got information on how to switch a different carrier's phone to my account. They were very helpful. Most Verizon store sales people are not as helpful as this one was! Thank you so very much for your help!
