Raymond was an enormous help to be in answering some phone questions that are in the settings that I would not normally have any idea how to access! He also assisted me with registering My screen protectors, which if you do not register, you will not be able to take advantage of your warranty if you break them. Going to this particular Verizon store has been a great experience for me and I would recommend it, especially to older people who are not font of technology
