I went into the store today to get an upgrade on my phone and add a line. Matthew had the most amazing customer service I’ve had in a while. He was beyond pleasant to work with and his demeanor was very calming. He explained everything I had questions on and took the time to break down my new plan and bill. TLDR: I got great service. It just took a while. Who knows how it happened but a phone that had been returned didnt get credited properly and my autopay was going to take an extra $800 to pay for it. I went in to the downtown store and waited for 1/2 hour and she never even greeted me. She was helping someone but there should have been at least a nod! Our movie was starting so we finally left.
