I needed a new I Pad as my old one would not update . Echo Schepers went above and beyond to help me get my new I pad set up . I pad itself had a glitch but Echo patiently spent 5 hours getting the new one set up. Talk about extra work with kindness and excellence customer service! Highly recommend! Ask for Echo
After calling the tech support multiple times they finally asked me to go into a store for further assistance. Levi was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable and was able to solve all the tech issues we were experiencing with porting over to Verizon. Thank you for all your help!
