I've been a Verizon customer for 24 consecutive years and I have never experienced a group of the most unprofessional and rude employees in one room. There was one employee however who showed herself to be very helpful, patient, and professional and her name was "Tunisha". She gets 5 stars! She helped me find a new phone that fit my personal needs, but unfortunately was not credited for the sale. Had it not been for her suggestions, i would have left there without a new device. Had an issue with my internet router and needed help that day because was going to be traveling and needed it to keep an eye on the house and pets. The staff here were awesome. Took care of me quickly and were very friendly
