We bought 5G phones and we only was provided 4G but paying for 5G.we went back to the store to change the phone and the problem and be discounted for charging 5G when it was not available.they were rude,not understanding to exchange the phones back to our 4G phones they would not do it.so we tried giving them back and the manager and staff attendant was hostile calling the security guard telling us to leave the store.heres the kicker,e and my wife been with Verizon for 24 years. Be careful. This is modern day highway robbery. I tried cancelling and they continued to charge me for six months despite me personally going into the store and calling to have services shutoff multiple times. Absolute travesty of a business. That's what happens tho they will be closed down soon

I went to the Southaven, MS store today, May 28, 2025 to get a new phone. The gentleman helping me acted non-interested but did help me with purchase of phone and getting everything transferred. I left but on the way home noted that my contacts did not transfer. Had to go back to the store and they were busy and I waited my turn, however, they were rude and really did not want to help me. The staff was fine. However, my service is absolutely horrible and has been ever since I got this phone two years ago. I can not use my phone in my building at all. No calls or text come through. I can not wait to change service providers.
