Daria was amazing. I no longer had service, sos message, no cellular account associated with phone, sim failure. She had experienced the issue herself and was quickly able to rectify

I’ve used this location before to pick up orders and was able to do a locker pickup. For some reason that option wasn’t available this time. I still chose pickup. It was taking a while to get the notification that my phone was ready so I called the store. I spoke with a nice young lady who told me my order was indeed ready. I asked could it be placed in a locker and she said no, just ask one of the associates when you get here. I get to the store and there’s “security” I guess. I just wanted to shout out Makayla at Verizon for the amazing service she gave me and my parents today. I came in with an unexpected issue after damaging my brand new phone, and she handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She was smart, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help us out. This location has the worst customer service ever. I went in with a relative who is not tech savvy and asked for help with her phone. We were asked to call the customer service line even after I'd said we'd tried that route with no success. So we thought it'd be helpful to call with a live rep. present to help us. I am not personally a Verizon client. I ended up helping my relative with customer service, navigating tech tools/apps I wasn't familiar with, over the phone, while the verizon in-store rep was on HIS phone. I repe... read more
