I just wanted to shout out Makayla at Verizon for the amazing service she gave me and my parents today. I came in with an unexpected issue after damaging my brand new phone, and she handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She was smart, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help us out. We really appreciated her support and just wanted to say thank you, Makayla—you made a stressful situation so much easier!

This location has the worst customer service ever. I went in with a relative who is not tech savvy and asked for help with her phone. We were asked to call the customer service line even after I'd said we'd tried that route with no success. So we thought it'd be helpful to call with a live rep. present to help us. I am not personally a Verizon client. Run from this cell phone store all had attitude they say only appointments and pick ups only when I came in and it was a hr before closing lazy staff and manager Kay and another manager with dredlocks need to be removed completely rude

I wouldn’t recommend going here the staff is very rude and the management there is not helpful at all environment is very hostile horrible experience never again one of the worst locations I’ve been to

I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon Store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions with patience. The store was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run.
