My phone is fantastic, especially for the direction I have to go even though I'm not familiar with the city. I get to my destination in no time.
I came into location never talked to checked in never talked to another person came in they helped him first was told he had appointment. Never was treated worse. Never coming back.
Not great. Needed assistance with a few easy account questions and was told to call customer service for every question I had. Went to another Verizon store and was assisted and out of the store in no time. Sadly I won’t be trusting this store for any assistance in the future.
