This was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. While I did not have an appointment I was the first in line….i waited 50 minutes and by the time we finally just walked out there were 12 in the queue behind us and I witnessed a minimum of 6 people leave. No one in the store seemed motivated and if there was a manager present they should really spend a little more time training and watching their staff. Hands down the worst Verizon experience….doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
My husband and I were looking at switching carriers and we were referred by family to see Sarah at Verizon. Obviously a little skeptical because prices but we got there she found the best possible solution for us and our families needs. We talked to her, and her coworker Judas came over also(it was closing time). Not only did they make sure we were taken care of they made us feel valued.
