Upgraded a line on my account. Justice was awesome in getting me all set up and fixing other issues with my account. From reading other reviews, sounds like she needs a raise.
We recently went in to upgrade my husband’s phone. We planned ahead for our usual upgrade process, but this was NOT typical service. Justice provided top notch quality service and helped us understand what services we had. She set us up on a plan that was a better fit for our family and made us eligible for additional discounts. I went to Verizon to get a new phone and met an amazing lady, Justice. I am 74 and a disabled vet and she was patient with me, kind and considerate. She was very knowlegable and I highly recommend her.
