Rochelle was spectacular and friendly
Rochelle, the manager, was rude and hostile from the very beginning and throughout the entire interaction. She is doing shady and likely illegal things with people's accounts, saying SIMs need to be reset for no reason, confirmed by the regular 1-800 verizon customer service line after I got a second opinion. I purchased a new iPhone at this location, and although my phone and Verizon account functioned properly on my end, I was later told the device had been improperly processed and set up.
