Excellent warm service. Rochelle is a patient store manager. She saved me money while getting me updated on all the latest devices. I truly can’t thank you enough. Rochelle was lovely and I thought at the time a no bullshit salesperson. Very amicable and relatable. But upon receiving my bill, TWO additional lines were added to my account that were not requested or needed making my bill over $350. Later to find out she had charged me in store for over $300 which I was told I was being charged for a “small upgrade fee of $30”. Rochelle and Crystal were absolutely the best!
BEWARE!! This place is NOT an actual Verizon store and they will SCAM you completely. They sold me a plan and they LIED completely. It took me over 6 hours to fix this..and now months later I’m finding more scams I need to fix. Literally the worst lying people - stay away. The female manager in there is the worst of all of them - she pretends she knows what she’s doing and it’s just LIES to make money.
