Rochelle at the Santa Monica Main Street location is amazing! She told me ahead of time about the new iPhone 18. Thanks to her I was able to take advantage of some promos and I ended up getting a second phone for my daughter. This is my 3rd Apple purchase through Rochelle, she goes above and beyond.
