The store is Beagle-friendly, which is my most important criterion whenever shopping. Beyond that got great service from Ash when buying my new iPhone 17 and Rochelle refused to laugh in my face when I came in less than a week later distraught thinking I'd shattered the screen when in fact it was just the protector. Rochelle was incredible. She set me up with an amazing new deal for a new iPhone & contract. We had a few issues with the Verizon team on the phone and she handled everything super well and was very patient with me.
