Stephanie was amazing. She helped us upgrade our phones and add an extra line. Anytime we have had a problem such as a damaged phone or bill issue she has been a big help getting things figured out. I would highly recommend her at the Toms River location.
I walked into this Verizon store and saw four employees standing together, all on their phones. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when I entered. Eventually, Stephanie said, “hey what’s up,” but when I asked for help, she rolled her eyes, which was very unprofessional. Overall, the employees at this location were not helpful at all.
