Today Kathleen really save my mother’s life. To make a really long story short my elderly mother locked herself out her phone and after a factory reset could not reset up her phone. This happened while I was out of the country on vacation. When I returned home we went to a different Verizon store called Samsung tried a computer store no one could help us.
