Best customer service from sales rep DeVonte Mason. Very professional, knew his products, super friendly, made us feel welcome, we had a great experience today. Verizon has a keeper. Don’t ever loose him.

Best experience I have ever had with Verizon in my 23 years. Jacob fixed my situation in a matter of minutes and he was the third person I dealt with. So a third time is a charm!! Thank you Jacob! You are the reason I stayed!!!
