Jacob and the rest of the staff helped me happily when I arrived with a dropped black screened phone. They are understanding and kind. I had a fantastic experience and would totally go back to them.

There is a new salesman there, Jacob. If you need A+ service seek him as your service representative. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. It took us two days to purchase our new upgrades and spent time explaining everything to us so very patiently. We are both 80 and try to stay up to date on technology but we don’t grasp a lot as quickly as kids. He brought us up to speed on every feature. He is a treasure to this store.
