After being out of the country and without a US phone plan for a few years, I stopped in yesterday to get a new plan and phone. I've been a Verizon customer for probably 15 years and Paul was the best rep I've ever worked with. He was knowledgeable about switching my service from Google voice, explained my options for plans and devices, transferred all my data to my new phone, help me set up new accounts, etc. He was professional and patient throughout the process, honestly can't say enough good things. My husband and I recently visited the Verizon store on 114th and Shea in Scottsdale to purchase new iPhones. Paul Walker was our Salesperson--he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and efficient in delivering the service we needed as we transitioned from our old iPhones to the new ones. We HIGHLY recommend visiting the clean/comfortable Verizon store, AND PAUL, on 114th/Shea Blvd for all your relevant tech needs.
