☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience at this Verizon. My account had a fraud alert on it for some unknown reason, and as soon as the employees saw that note, everything changed. I was treated with suspicion, brushed off, and told the only thing I could do was call customer service, no one in-store made any effort to help me. Upon entering, received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Anywhere. Oscar was rude, condescending, and refused to give me the information for corporate or write down contact information for me to voice my concerns. This person should NOT be customer facing and definitely not a supervisor. We ordered a new phone for store pickup. Didn't realize we only had 72 hours. I have been coming to this Verizon company store since before covid for our business account. I like being able to make and appointment. I only have to come in for unusual help needs and they do what they need to get things done.
