Place is severely understaffed! The gentleman working front door Saturday morning was very rude! There was zero acknowledgement I had been standing there for some time. A simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Just basic customer service? Won’t be back to this location….
Josh and Alex at this store are absolutely killing it. Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would come back just to work with them.
Overall, my latest experience with Verizon at this location was very poor. I showed up at 5pm, started receiving help at 6:30. The request was, trade in my 4 year old iphone for a current model iphone. After almost an hour of struggling to transfer the line to the new phone, i was given the new phone, told “turn it on at home and set it next to your old phone and then follow the prompts and everything should work.” That was not at all what happened, my old phone stopped working on my way home, turned on the new phone, set th... read more
Definitely The Gang That Couldn’t Shoot Straight! I’m confident none of these employees are self-reflective enough to actually read these reviews to gain insight on their performance. Their apathy is only surpassed by their keen ability to hide in the back room and trash talk the customers. (Ask me how I know.) Ok, if you have to wait people - plan for it! Go shop, go eat, the place can be busy and it’s not their fault and they’ll send you a message ten minutes before to come back because you’re next up. That part was seamless if you plan for it and Chris at the front was so helpful. Also, normally I dread going into the stores for new phones or upgrades but Alex was extremely helpful.
