Terrible
Retail location that cant help with account issues. Was guided by Verizon phone service to a physical location to provide paper proof that my father died to take over account. Location stated they couldn't help after agent consulted with a manager. Was told I would recieve an expedited call from a phone rep while I was still in store. Left store 50 minutes later without a call. This has been a confusing experience and I dont know if this is a policy or interaction problem. Issue still not finished. Horrible customer service! The lack of professionalism is unmatched. There is a t-mobile store in the same plaza. Switch, better customer service!
