I am a long time (multi-decade) business customer- used to have a dedicated rep who was AWESOME. No longer- had an issue with an upgrade and told as 1 time courtesy it would be free since they made some mistakes. ALl was fine until I was billed. Filed a credit card dispute and card company immediately saw the improper charge and reverse it yet Verizon charged it again and then threatened to shut all of my business liines down if I diid not pay in 4 days. Bene with Verizon for 17 years, I've never been treated so poorly by a company in my 52 years in this planet. Constantly lied to , hung up on by supervisors. Fraudulent buyouts put back on account. Save your well-being and time and go elsewhere. Not worth it no matter what they offer you do not accept it.. I've spent more than 39 hours on the phone with customer service within the last 6 days let alone hours upon hours the last few weeks in which being lied to is something they are loyal to. I've had my ups and downs with Verizon as a whole over my 20+ years with them, 8 as a business client, but this review is for Kelly at this store. She went absolutely above and beyond to help me with some tricky carrier issues, and I'd have been in hot water if she didn't put the work in. Shout out to Will and Bill for the support as well!
Worst experience I have ever had with Verizon. Let’s begin…. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. Two days ago I decided to upgrade my iPhone 15 to an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Using the MyVerizon app I completed the transaction and selected “In Store Pick Up” because the device showed in stock. 24 hours later I received confirmation the device was ready so around 11am on Friday I stopped by the store to pick up.
