Michelle helped me and she was great
I attempted to buy a new phone for my step son’s birthday. There was a wait, so I got on the waitlist and opted to sit in the car until I received the text notifying me it was my turn to be helped. Unfortunately, I did not receive a text that said it was my turn. Once returning to the store to check my status, Christine was very condescending and rude.
