I had a great experience at the Saugus Ma Verizon cell phone store today. My service person was Ryan who was patient, helpful, knowledgable, and understood the issue I was having with my I phone 17. He answered every question or concern I had and put me at ease. I highly recommend the Verizon Saugus location.. Thanks Ryan...Keep up the good work..
