Horrible service in general from service to customer care and attitude problem. God forbid is you ask any of them to work they WILL GIVE YOU THE LOOK
AVOID THIS STORE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You'd think buying a phone at full retail price would be easy and no hassle. Not in 2026. They claimed they don't sell phones at full retail to customers anymore. Also, if you have anything but their most premium plans expect a shameful look to come your way. Luckily, their is a BestBuy down the street and they know how to treat their customers.
I went to this Verizon store in Saugus MA 723 Broadway. I was greeted at the door by the manager Samantha. Then I was helped by Sahadia. I will like to say that the customer service was outstanding. Sahadia knew the products very well, she took her time with my husband and I. She explained everything in great detail and gave us the best options for our budget. I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I came in to trade in my phone for a new one, receive the trade-in credit, and pay the difference. I made it clear that I did not want to make any changes to my monthly bill. The employee, Chino, refused to help unless I added services like streaming subscriptions and phone protection that I never asked for. He insisted that I couldn't complete the trade-in without adding these extras, which turned out to be completely false. I left and went to a different Verizon ... read more
Usually the most boring part of buying a phone is the time spent inside the store. I went in to browse the inventory in person to make sure my small hands would be happy. There was no wait, and I was promptly helped by Sahadia R. She was very personable, helpful, and funny. It took a while to work through the swap, and we had the best time.
