Never am one to write a review but felt like I needed to this time around. Samantha the manager is an absolute rockstar! Just extreme patience to deal with a massive headache I was dealing with having to switch an account to my name. Also thank you to Ryan as well who also helped along the process! Great customer service and overall excellent to deal with the both of them. Thanks again!
Don’t remember the associate I dealt with, but they were very unhelpful. My phone was stuck in SOS. And my phone needed a replacement. They were able to give me the information to get a replacement through our insurance, but was unable to help me get my phone out of SOS went to a different Verizon store the next day. And they were able to give me a new SIM card which got my phone out of SOS.
