Very very bad service in two Verizon stores in Santa Clarita, I wanted to change a phone and I was so unlucky that both stores were attended to by the same person with a worse lack of customer service knowledge (very short guy , with a beard and without the name batch on the corresponding name on his shirt) the only thing he said is that "you can't change it here, you have to do it by calling Verizon and I don't have that one, so no no no no", when I had already called and customer service and they told me that there they ha... read more
Quite honestly disappointed with Verizon service especially this store . I came from Tmobile to Verizon and i have been having issue with one of my lines we visited the store about 7 times because the phone kept sos and overall bad service on the phone. All the times we went we got that’s the best i can do .. Like how is that going to fix my issue .. it’s also crazy how the Manager was next to me offering his client the world saying that if he fixes his car he can get him a lot things like come on I’m over here struggling an... read more
Worse experience ever. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon, and it was a huge mistake. I was promised my bill would be less than what I paid with T-Mobile, but it ended up being double. I went in for 5 lines, and they added 7 lines total without my knowledge—just to get credits or commissions. They also told me the connection fees would be waived, but those were added to my bill too. My first bill was nearly $400, compared to the $269 I used to pay with T-Mobile for 5 lines.
