Initial wait time was minimal but took hours to get a phone.
I had a terrible experience with Verizon's bait-and-switch tactics. They promised a free phone lines with trade-ins, but when I got my new bill, there were no free lines—just full charges. This shady practice wasted my time and money. Stay away from Verizon; their deals are deceptive, they’ll lie to you for them to get commission. Highly disappointed!
This place is a scam they promise you a free line on your old phone. Well guess what, no free line.
Very very bad service in two Verizon stores in Santa Clarita, I wanted to change a phone and I was so unlucky that both stores were attended to by the same person with a worse lack of customer service knowledge (very short guy , with a beard and without the name batch on the corresponding name on his shirt) the only thing he said is that "you can't change it here, you have to do it by calling Verizon and I don't have that one, so no no no no", when I had already called and customer service and they told me that there they ha... read more
