Very shady location. Bait and switch on what you will be paying monthly and also sold me a “home internet” that they knew was not valid at my address. How did they do that, you ask? They used a fake address without my knowledge. My bill went from the promised $150 a month to $293!!! Do not use this location!! Feel free to look me up if you had similar issues and maybe we can get a class action lawsuit.
My fiancé came in for a screen protector this morning, had a cheaper price shown online from Verizon, and showed the guy working there. The guy didn't want to match the price and we had to purchase online and pick up at the same store. Took over an hour, ridiculous.
Nice place to do business. Very helpful. Solved my problem quickly. As usual it was operator error on my part. He resolved it with grace. Didn't make me feel like an idiot. Very kind :)
