Claudia at the Verizon corporate store is amazing! I came in with a pretty frustrating issue about adding a second phone number to my account, and Claudia not only took the time to dig into it, but fully fixed the problem. She went out of her way to make sure I wouldn’t get charged extra or hit with any surprise fees, even speaking directly with a customer service agent to advocate for me.
