The negative reviews are so odd. I've never had a problem with service at this location. Sometimes wait times take a minute, but it's better than being on hold for phone support.
Christian was very nice, patient, and helpful in getting me off of my parents plan and onto a new plan + trading in my iPhone 15 for an iphone 17 pro. giving 4 stars because the other sales associates were not helpful. Go see Christian!

Their customer service is the worst!! Going for help and immediately don’t want to help you. They just try to get you to call Verizon instead. I understand it is a sales position but once you tell them you aren’t interested in their add ons, they will no longer help.
