Resolved I went to turn in a phone to get the $1000 trade in credit applied to my account for a new iphone that I had received. SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!! This Verizon is scam. They had us pay and set up a line and we got no service. Been calling to get service and no help. Came to the store and asked for the manager. He was rude, unprofessional and said a racial slur as we left. I’ve been trying to return my home internet that they sold me that has no service as well! I filed a police report. And will take it to court.
They don’t open on time.
