Armando manager is nice enough but could offer no answers BUT their salesperson TEFF should be fired. She should be avoided at all costs. She has an attitude, doesnt want to work with you as soon as you say you dont want to upgrade unless they can explain problem or get some help! I have been having problems for sevrral months and I refuse to sign a new contract when i may have ongoing issues. Verizon for over 15 years - GOODBYE! See what providrrs can give me real service and want my 4 phone line loyalty
