I would also like to add as of 21 Jan 2026 the service of my phone sucks! Like right now 90% of apps and websites won't load when using data this also happens when i go to church in Cibolo! I'll be switching carrier's soon! I went to Verizon on 14 June 25 to get my daughter a new phone, her iPhone 12 battery life was bad. I am experiencing significant and ongoing coverage issues inside my home. I visited the store to ask whether these issues had been resolved, and the only guidance provided was to contact Support. I understand that coverage challenges may be outside the store’s control, but the lack of a priority network option has been disappointing.
