This would be zero stars if it was an option. The manager had a poor attitude and was unhelpful after one of his associates made an error with our purchase. Instead of correcting the problem and getting our new phone setup, the manger told us that we would have to pay the taxes again even though we had just paid them the previous night. I came into the Verizon store off Mission Gorge Blvd in Santee CA in an attempt to lower my bill. I had 2 phones I was making payments on and 2 lines, 1 for each phone. I paid off 1 phone and closed that line. Now, I requested to pay off my other phone, IN ORDER TO LOWER MY BILL. Don't you think it would behove a company to remind its customers when a phone is on a promotional program that is paid off for free if payments are made on time throughout one's contract?
