Very disappointed with Frontier’s customer service. I have now been without internet for two days. I called the Frontier customer service number provided online, which routed me to a call center. I spent approximately 30 minutes with the representative going through troubleshooting steps and resetting the equipment multiple times, even though I had already tried those same steps several times myself. Poor customer service provided, No greetings nor help offered. There was only a couple that was there together and two employees i was standing there for 6 mins until I had to tell them that I needed help.. Please retrain them customer service skills..
