I had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with Kevon at Verizon. My phone was supposed to be delivered, but when my package arrived, there was literally nothing in the box except an empty box. This is a serious issue when you’re paying for a phone and expecting to receive the actual device. I went into the store expecting someone to at least take the situation seriously and help me figure out what could be done. Instead Kevon was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. In a world of declining costumer service this Verizon store is a bright spot. I was having issues transferring to a new phone so decided to make an appointment rather than a phone call. Paul couldn’t have been more helpful. He tried multiple SIM cards, addressed every possible issue but the phone just wouldn’t connect (it was a refurbished phone I bought on eBay, luckily I can return the phone) We went over multiple options and it turned out that I got a brand new Samsung Galaxy 26 for, exactly, what I paid for the Galaxy 21... read more
