Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my whole life. They’re still charging me for something that I never received. This store is horrendous. It looks raggedy and unkempt. One man was super aggressive because I told another customer the cell phone case she ACTUALLY WANTED is available on Amazon. (I’m sure their numbers are trash so I understand he felt like he needed to bolster them) but manipulating customers and getting so riled up that you raise your voice and throw not one but TWO cellphones on the floor in my direction?
