However, trying to sell us an outdated phone without 256G and adding two additional lines that wouldn't be utilized didn't make sense to us. Keneen at Verizon store on Galleria was beyond awesome. I came in and had so many problems with getting into my new phone. He made sure to find me a great deal with a new phone and looked at my account to save me money. I highly recommend him if you want excellent customer service and help understanding everything about your account.
