I’ve always had a great experience at Verizon Wireless thanks to Jeremy. Anytime I have an issue or need to purchase a new phone, I ask for him specifically. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Jeremy is a true professional and a big reason why I continue to stay with Verizon.
Treated my mother in law and I like crooks, extremely rude and unprofessional. Verizon is lucky it's so inconvenient to switch plans or I'd take our 4 phones, 2 tablets, 2 home internet devices, and 2 watches somewhere else. The issue - on the weekend of 9-20-25 a service disruption caused my MILs LTE Home Internet to stop working. Even after the disruption was resolved the box was no longer provisioned.
