First and foremost, the people that work here are very nice and knowledgeable.... However, the wait time here is really long. Admittedly, on a Sunday afternoon, but still. Would recommend an appointment, but we, as well as many other people here, did not set that up.

First of all, the sales guy told me I was not eligible for an iPhone 17 Pro when in fact I was. The manager and sales guy lied and told me I had to sign up for the iPhone protection plan at time of phone purchase or I would be ineligible, but I actually had 30 days to decide if I wanted it. They only told me about the most expensive protection plan and did not tell me that there were cheaper options. Well I came here the begining of December to see about upgrading. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes. After 1 hour I left and there were still several people ahead of us. Since then I have decided to change carriers. I had been a loyal customer for over 19 years. While at T-Mobile, Verizon decided to lock my wife's phone. After speaking with a rep from Verizon on the phone, I was told I needed to pay the device off for it to be unlocked. I did what she asked, then she added an extra. Absolute trash , wasting time store all the way, a lot of associates but nothing is moving , they are good only at checking they’re tablets and talking to each other, trash trash trash
