I tried getting a new phone & I explained I just wanted someone to walk me through the new Samsung Galaxy vs a New iPhone and how I don't know anything about iphones as I've always been an android user. The sales rep asked me if I had access to My Verizon online. Very rude & undermining. Horrible sales. Would not recommend this store.
