I believe this business did a Sim swap on my phone. Super duper shady place. Its puts a new spin on the term "captive portal".

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional situation until I went to this store. We had my son's phone in person when we went in for an upgrade. We told them it was cracked and told them it wouldn't update. They said No problem, we got him a brand new phone. They said we had 30 days to turn in the phone, we go to turn it in within those 30 days and they said "nope, we can't take the phone and $999 will be posted to your account to pay for the phone" I explained we would have just claimed insurance if the phone couldn't o... read more
Corey (hope I’m spelling that right). Was TOP tier. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, yes the lady checking me in seemed very unfriendly… but when I got to Corey I could quickly explain what I needed, and we had an upgrade paid for and activating in less than 10 minutes. I will recommend this store again and again, thanks to Corey. This guy needs a raise! Friendly, fast, and focused. I will be back! Thank you!
