Javonne is very provisional and very easy to work with
One week ago I returned a charging block that I had purchased the day before ( the saleswoman said my old block would not work with my new phone, but it works fine.) The man I returned it to boasted how he was able to take care of two customers at once. I asked him if he needed my charge card for the reimbursement and he said no, it’s fine. My card has not been reimbursed and I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to reach the store. I guess he wasn’t as efficient as he claimed.
