Absolutely abysmal customer service. I have never once had a good experience in this location. They are unknowledgeable and will lie to you giving you wrong information instead of just saying they don't know. Avoid this location at all costs!

Staff is nice and friendly but it took me almost 2 hours to drop off the trade in. Try to avoid this location! If your time is valuable for you.
This store is the WORST. Employees more concerned with what they are ordering for lunch and what they are buying their boyfriends for Christmas... they promise free perks, Netflix and HBOmax advise of no hidden fees; there are so many! We were even told their insurance does not allow them to help pair your phone to your car (from the managers mouth) which is a lie. Over all, stay away from this location, they are all about sales and are happy to screw anyone who walks thru the door.
