This place is horrible . I spent 4 hrs at the store without proper help. Unprofessional, rude . Whre there is woman there is drama. I need corporate number to tell on them. I went to another Verizon next day and it was fixed . No patience , no professional not sure why this sore is still open.
One week ago I returned a charging block that I had purchased the day before ( the saleswoman said my old block would not work with my new phone, but it works fine.) The man I returned it to boasted how he was able to take care of two customers at once. I asked him if he needed my charge card for the reimbursement and he said no, it’s fine. My card has not been reimbursed and I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to reach the store. I guess he wasn’t as efficient as he claimed. I went up there since I had an issue with my bill. The manger name Christian fixed my issue. Im thankful for that. His staff up there is mad kool and chill. I don't mind stopping by to say hi to them.
