I visited today to pay my bill, but the men working there were incredibly rude, even though I tried to explain the issues I was having; they acted aggressively and shouted. Because of this, I’m going to leave Verizon and switch to another company. They were also hostile toward an elderly woman who was explaining a problem and even checked her phone without permission. Activation was quick but iMessage and overall features of phone didn’t work properly after. They did not help to resolve
Why do they open so late. Most places open at 7 or 8. They open at 10 AM on a Monday.
