Committed fraud on my account. Called from a non VZ registered phone to say there was a problem when I picked up my phone and that I would need to give additional payment over the phone. Said I wanted to confirm with VZ CS first and was demanded it be done via random link I was going to receive. I said no and that I wanted to confirm first because I had already received confirmation that my card was charged and had the phone for a full week. Christian is honestly one of the best Verizon representatives I’ve dealt with. I ported my phone number from another carrier to Verizon, and since day one I was having problems because nobody could activate my phone. I called technical support and even visited other Verizon stores, but nobody could fix the issue. As soon as Christian helped me, he resolved everything within minutes and activated my phone with no problems. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Christian!
I went to this Verizon location with my mother and a guys named Chris was assisting us with our plan update. This was the worst interaction I’ve had with the store (mind you my mother and I have had a plan with Verizon and have came to this store for the last 7-8 YEARS). This guy Chris approved a payment of 317 dollars on my mother phone even though we specifically told him we did not want to pay this amount as of yet because we had just paid the on April 23rd and we visited on the 10th of May. This place is so unprofessional my wife went there to add lines and the team member was asking her for her phone number, when her number didn’t have nothing to do with the service she was adding for a family member I will be filing a complaint with cooperate and he was asking her to hang up on me. That is so unprofessional and this needs to be taking care of.
