So I went in here to buy a new phone and all the numbers were continuously changing by the sales people. And if you pair that with not even needing to come into Verizon anymore to purchase these phones and cheaper better plans from other providers, there is no reason for you to let these people in here manipulate you and change your plan without you, knowing which is what they did to us.

I visited today to pay my bill, but the men working there were incredibly rude, even though I tried to explain the issues I was having; they acted aggressively and shouted. Because of this, I’m going to leave Verizon and switch to another company. They were also hostile toward an elderly woman who was explaining a problem and even checked her phone without permission. Activation was quick but iMessage and overall features of phone didn’t work properly after. They did not help to resolve
