I am a first time customer I've had a bad experience with this store I should have never walked in there. I switched from T-Mobile to this company and the man that helped me not saying names did not do his job right. So I had to call customer care so I can get my credits because I owed T-Mobile 494.00 I also had to go to T-Mobile so they can stop billing me and screwing my credit this is unacceptable I shouldn't have to do someone else's job!!! Nina was very helpful.
Worst experience. The transfer process did not work. The portal process did not work. The sales people were great at telling us how easy it would be and terrible when we needed help. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
Nina was very helpful getting my phone out of account recovery and getting my new phone set up.
