I would like to express my gratitude to Derek for his patience and understanding during the transition from a prepaid Verizon account to a regular one. Despite multiple exchanges and phone calls, we eventually spoke with a customer service representative to verify my identity, even though my driver's license had already been scanned. I switched over to Verizon from T mobile in March of this year. I was helped by Evan the manager. He had promised us 3 perks complimentary if we signed the deal on the same day. It was a trade in deal with 4 devices. I have been having issues with my bill since then. Have been trying to get it fixed since 3 months now. Have to call the customer service first. They can’t help as required. Then have to walk in the store to get it fixed. Had received some credits for 2 months after had gone to the store and discussed the issue ... read more

Alex was awesome from start to finish! We had ordered our phones online and came into the store just to get them activated—but he went above and beyond. He walked us through the setup, made sure everything transferred smoothly, and answered all our random questions without rushing us. Super friendly, patient, and really knew his stuff. Ron, while not as cool as Ron Swanson from Parks and Rec is a close second. He looked up the issues with my old worn out phone and he said it had "network connectivity issues"...and got me with my business plan a Duke Silver worthy Samsung Ultimate.
