This could be much longer, but I'll try and make it brief. I had an old Google Pixel 7 that stopped working. I work in medical and had to have a working phone to access certain apps and so on. I went in and spoke with someone who basically sold me a new phone, told me to send the old phone in for insurance, then return the new phone when I got the insurance replacement.
