I switched over to Verizon from T mobile in March of this year. I was helped by Evan the manager. He had promised us 3 perks complimentary if we signed the deal on the same day. It was a trade in deal with 4 devices. I have been having issues with my bill since then. Have been trying to get it fixed since 3 months now. Have to call the customer service first.
