I'm not sure if anyone enjoys a trip to the phone store when their phone is acting up, especially with a toddler, and my device was definitely acting up in 100 different ways. Thankfully, Evan, Emily, and the entire staff of this Verizon store went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as humanly possible (and to get my phone taken care of).
