Stay away from this one! They failed to honor the agreement I had with Verizon customer service . Bad bad bad bad customer service. Manager is rude.
Had the pleasure of Don assisting my wife and I this morning. Our phones were over 6 years old and basically worn out. He was able to set us up with 2 new phones and a watch. Took his time and explained everything to us. Great job. Thank You Don.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone at this store. The manager helped me first and then Don stepped in and made sure I was completely taken care of from start to finish. The service was smooth and professional. I was able to trade in my old phone on the spot and I did not have to pay anything upfront for the upgrade.
