Had a horrible experience at this store, went in to get my wife a watch and the rep was extremely rude. Did not answer any questions and was not helpful. I didn’t feel like a welcomed customer, it’s not my fault he doesn’t get commission for selling a watch, yet he forgets that my cellphone bill is paying his salary.
Vanessa helped me and my husband set up the new phone and she made it all easy and was an awesome experience overall and would highly recommend
