Verizon offers excellent service and reliable coverage — definitely one of the best networks out there. The signal is strong almost everywhere, and the data speeds are consistently fast. Customer service is professional and helpful, whether you visit in-store or call for support. The plans can be a bit pricey, but you really get what you pay for in terms of quality and reliability. Overall, Verizon is a great choice if you want dependable phone service and strong nationwide coverage.
Got my phone set up here about a month ago. 34 yr old stanford graduate ...so I'm not stupid. Is there some kind of adult special needs phone program .......if so allot of y'all are gonna need some assistance like not offing yourselves. FYI if I'm accurate about Janine Huggard calling ahead of time to set up this phone in a special needs format I suggest someone make some calls ASAP to remove it and trace it since there's an entire missing class from New England situation
This Verizon store is truly fantastic—I’ve been visiting this location for over a decade. My recent experience there was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service from Jose, the assistant manager, and Mynor, the sales associate. Their customer service skills were top-notch, making the process of getting new phones smooth and hassle-free. It’s because of their professionalism and dedication that I’ll definitely be returning to this store for all my future purchases.
If this is a corporate store they should be able to take returns that were brought at a third party location. Called customer support and was reassured we could take our equipment to any location to complete the return. This location did not even try to call support for assistance.
