Dillon was AWESOME!! From the time he greeted us to the time we were leaving was lightning fast! We got exactly what we wanted! Good and fast service!! Highly recommend!! We were there to exchange a new unopened iPhone 16 for a iPhone promax 16.
I went there yesterday to upgrade my phone, and Johanna assisted me through the entire procedure. She was really amazing and friendly, with excellent customer service skills. My phone plan had some issues, but she was quite kind and helpful, taking her time and assuring me. I got my new phone, and I greatly appreciate Johanna's help and kindness.

Had a wonderful experience at this Verizon! Big plus on willing to work on you with extenuating circumstances. Went in originally because of a water damaged phone and was recommended a pre order special a couple weeks later, I went in and Daniel Lemoine their retail specialist offered me a great deal knowing I didn’t want to upgrade or change plans, thanks Daniel!
Update to this 5 year old review. Had a problem with my pixel 9 XL Pro and esim. Dallan really went above and beyond to get it working 8/30/2025. "Helpful, always seems to have enough staff!"
