I have been at Verizon customer for over four years, first prepaid then two months ago I went to a regular account where you pay a certain day of the month. Anyway when I did this it has been nothing but a nightmare!! I was told a certain price which was not true, then i bought a tablet and again I found out I was lied to once more!!
