I visited today to set up home internet, and Daniel was an excellent service provider. He was friendly and attentive throughout the entire process, offering valuable feedback and making me feel welcome. It was a great experience.
Needed a pSim after a new Galaxy with eSim wouldn't activate and after 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon support. Store staff were great and quickly added the pSim and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Plans are expensive. You can upgrade but will lose on services you had prior. Very not customer friendly.
Daniel was very helpful helped me to lower by bill gave me great option and answered the same questions at least 3 times without being frustrated great place for Verizon concerns and issues
