They think that because they have a checking tablet you’re not allowed to talk to them or ask any questions like they’re not talking to you unless you check in on the tablet first apparently
Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Johanna demonstrated exceptional customer service, while helping me resolve a technical issue. She was friendly, funny, informative and efficient. She is absolutely an asset to Verizon, which could not be said about her co-worker who was nasty and condescending to another customer - loud enough that I could hear the entire transaction. But, Johanna’s courtesy made up for my discomfort - so still 5 stars - as I imagine that somebody that disrespectful won’t last long anyway.
Verizon sucks. They need to work on their customer service actually caring about the customer and their phone plans. I’ve been with Verizon for over five years and I feel like they don’t care about my service about my bill changing in prices were my Family plan. It gets more frustrating the longer. I’m with them. I finally left, and they’re making a challenging to leave. They don’t care about you as a customer and they don’t care about trying to win you back.
