Pathetic! Verizon was bad 20 years ago and it’s only gotten worse! Is now a mere commodity with ZERO service! No wonder they are laying off 14,000 people! No value in the wireless product anymore!
I was in there for 45 seconds and somehow came out with a 1 star review worth writing. Had 6:00pm appt, walked in and was greeted. Asked me what I was there for, told him. Just looking to switch plans. “We can’t do that” no further explanation. I ask why “it’s a customer service job”. Okay, how do I do it? “Call 611” so there’s nothing I can do today? “No. All I can do is sell you a phone”. I’m not one to write reviews but it was wildly bad.
Took awhile, but they got my new phone up and running. I'm not tech savvy, but they were patient with this old lady!
