We needed help getting international roaming for a trip we are taking. The first Verizon store was no help at all. But Freddie at this store looked up what we needed to do,called a customer service number so that he was sure that it was right. He made sure that everything was set up our phones and that we understood it.
What started as a genuinely frustrating experience turned into a reminder that great people still exist in customer service, and I have two people at the Paradise Valley Verizon Store on Cactus Road to thank for that. I would give zero stars if I could. I could write a book about how horrible this store is. And I’m going to call corporate Verizon and let them know how horrible they treated me. Didn’t say hello just wrote me off and I waited 25 minutes. All I needed was to buy a new phone. And I got mad and they kicked me out. Wouldn’t even give me directions to another location. Trash trash location
The store is very clean and the atmosphere feels welcoming. The employees there are very polite and knowledgeable when it comes to the different phone models. The last time I upgraded my phone was when I got the galaxy s22 ultra haha. The phone prices are a bit high, but what isn't nowadays lol. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely be coming here. The new galaxy s26 privacy feature is out of this world cool. It definitely peaked my interest!
