I'm not sure exactly what Verizon thinks about itself anymore but the amount of arrogance is pretty disgusting. UNPROFESSIONAL you don't even greet people when they walk into your store? you don't have a smile in any way shape or form? we're so sorry that we came in and needed help with something we pay you for!! PHONE COST AS MUCH AS A USED CAR OR A RENT PAYMENT SOOOOOOOʻOO you need to charge us another fee because there was a person that actually interacted with us in the store??? Grosssss. I JUST LEFT.... 10.05.2026 NOON

Absolutely dishonest. I was told by multiple associates what my payments would be and it was false. I came into the store twice to rectify. No manager to talk to. They just called the outsourced call center. Call center said the store people were wrong and the charges were correct. They ended giving me a small discount but still more than I was told the bill would be. Everybody just shrugged their shoulders at the store like "not my problem, sorry no solution, call India." My husband and I made an appt @2pm & Jody as our sales associate!! He did an amazing job taking care of all of our our needs, two phones, a watch, and an iPad, as well as greeting other customers walking in the front door. We were in and out of there within an hour. Thank you, Jody!

Bought a new phone 📱. They gave me a $450 return fee for bringing in my old phone. The employee that helped me was awesome. Helped me a set up my new phone and told me if I had problems to comes back and he'd help me out.
