I had issues with my bill bc of travel and I contacted Verizon over the phone today. The person I spoke with helped but recommended I take the phone into a store to have them go through the settings in my account. I went to this store and they told me they don’t help with customers accounts! What?!? The “manager” looked up a number on a computer, handed it the young gal that spoke to me and told her to tell me to call it (rather than saying it to me himself 😂). I come to this location because it is really close and convenient for me to go to. But everytime I go in there they know very little about anything and very little use of help. For a couple examples. One time I went in trying to find a solution to stop all the scam calls I get but I get told by a Verizon employee that he can't really help me and maybe just go pay for an app. Another example is when im trying to figure out how to setup a Gmail account on her own so we can communicate via texting nobody knows how to work Andro... read more

I recently brought in my phone for charging issues on June 5, after being advised by Apple that it was still new and I might be able to exchange it. I went to the Verizon store at Chandler Fashion Square, where the representative confirmed that I could exchange it since it was under 30 days. However, I was then told I needed to return to my original store, Paradise Village, in Scottsdale to complete the exchange.
