AWESOME customer service. Freddie was very helpful and actually helped resolve all the problems we were having. Dude needs a raise he's a great customer service rep.
Jazmyn was completely unhelpful provided inaccurate information and told us she didn’t care if we went to another provider after we have been with VZW for 26 years. I don’t know if Verizon doesn’t provide training to their staff or if they just don’t care anymore about customers because they have enough of them.
Great service when I need something done, thats the place I’ll go.
