Jasmine was amazing. Her service was incredible and she was super quick and efficient but also very thorough. Wanna give a shout out to Oliver at the 7th st and Bell store in Phx, AZ. He helped me pick out the best phone for my budget, help me set it up completely and most of all was very patient with me. That's why I choose Verizon as it's phones and service meet my needs and the sales staff don't pressure their customers but rather educate. Came in to get clarification on my recent up charges and Oliver seem to not want to help me. Kept telling me nothing they can do without logging into my account. I was not put on the list and want seen.
I visited the Verizon store at 7th Avenue and Bell Road to get assistance with transferring data from an old device to a new one. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Josiah, who provided truly outstanding service. Unbeknownst to me, I arrived just 10 minutes before closing.
