I went in today to get a phone looked at due to the system being slow regardless of the caches and data being erased completely. A guy named Chancelor came to us to help us. He put an upgraded SIM inside of the phone to see if it would help process faster. Be careful with what they try to sell you on make sure you read all the fine print… after going in to trade in my phone and add a line I was upsold on different perks that they had misconceived me on the price saying it would be multiple different perks all for a single price of $10 which was then charged at $10 each even after I had asked to confirm they were all for $10. Okay, So I had gotten a phone here. I left to soon before I could get a specific case for a Samsung S25 ultra. If one of y'all workers happen to see this.
