24 years a Verizon customer. Sure, their phone support sucks, but everyone's does. The phones normally work, even in areas others don't. Sadly, occasionally you have to deal with customer service. There the shine goes dim. Very dim.
Employee and Manager not helpful to solve problems
The Verizon store on 24th Street & Baseline Rd has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced—and that’s being generous. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like an inconvenience. Staff members act uninterested, unmotivated, and completely detached, as if helping customers is optional. The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
