This is not a real Verizon store it is a "Verizon Authorized Retailer". Meaning if you have a REAL problem they will tell you to kick rocks and call verizon. If you want a real verizon store you should go to a Verizon Company store, that is directly related to Verizon wireless. These people just sell phones and offer supbar customer service. They should pay their employees more, or hire motivated/quality employees, or something, because the few times I have been in here I was not impressed. Convinced the most painful torture technique is not waterboarding, but instead having to problem solve with incompetent, condescending Verizon employees. Second time visiting a Verizon store in a few days, and I'm starting to think that the issue is Verizon and not the individual stores. Corporate location (also awful, don't even bother) told me I could skip shipping my damaged phone and just drop it off at a Verizon store. ordered a phone at verizon customer service to pick up at store my bill was gona be alot less they lied told me system was failing and they where so cool we can do it here but its all for the commission not cool talked to verizon customer service i complained made me waste my time they told me to call them if they say that on the store be honest people dont waste peoples time and money for your own greed
