Dealt with a guy named Miguel TODAY! My daughter's Iphone was acting weird, screen flashing, going in and out, blank screen then it would look like it was fine, but kept going through these cycles. She went in and explained to Miguel what was going on. He told her she could pay off the current contract or buy a new phone outright or use one of my possible upgrades on my account, since we've had the phone longer than a year.
