My fiancé and I recently switched to Verizon back in June. We joined an account with my parents who have been Verizon customers for over 20 years. I went to this location and everything went pretty smoothly and they told me because I was a new customer, my activation fee would be waived. Extremely happy with my new phone plan, we added my fiancé to the phone plan as well. They again told us the activation fee would be waived. I came into the store 10/1/25 to upgrade my phone. I upgraded to the iPhone 17 Max Pro…or so I thought. I have a business account and got a series of emails during the visit about my order. The guy took my card for the payment, went in the back to run it, came out and all good to go right?! He tells me they have the 1T phones just sitting around so I will probably get it sooner.
