Was here yesterday...twice. have to go back again. Bought two new phones for my wife and I. Guy didnt tell us it mattered which phone each of us activated when we got home. Our phone numbers were messed up. Had to go back. Now, I have to go back...again! Backup service we signed up for is on my phone, should be my wife's. Were told we would keep the same disney+ bundle for free. Nope! We're now paying for it and it's the one with ads. Couple other smaller issues as well. I'll delete this if they fix it tomorrow. Incredible customer service and professionalism at the Happy Valley Verizon store. I saw that Verizon was running a trade in promotional offer for a new iphone/android a few months ago and I decided to stop by this location for a visit to inquire about more information. Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by the team and assisted by Ren who kindly set expectations for the visit and earnestly communicated from the jump. Just left this store, absolutely zero customer service. It’s very obvious the employees are all about you if you’re getting a new phone but if you need assistance in filing a claim to fix your phone they send you out the door to figure this out on your own. Customer service goes a long way but big corporations do not train in this department any more, it’s all about the money. It’s very disappointing.
