Worst experience at a Verizon store, upgraded my phone online and had the store pick up for this location because it was on my way home from work, went inside and was told the ordered was showing canceled, on my end it said trade in was canceled but the device was still ready to be picked up, the guy told me that he could not do anything since it was pending and I had to call 611, I got frustrated because he at first said it got canceled because it wasn’t authorized but I told him the order was from an account manager and it... read more
Been fighting for 6 months for trade in credit and the they reverse one and charge us for turning in a new phone . still fighting to get back that Charge I see the link for escalation . we've dont that 5 times already . Need to get it together .I always had great service . But you people on phone for resolution are completely clueless .
