Do not trust AJ Morales the business manager. She put me in a limited internet plan, didn’t tell me about it until it was too late. I ended up with a $910 of over charges. I contacted her about it, she tells me she’s on vacation, basically told me to get lost and to call customer service. Walked in to get a watch replaced that I had lost and was talked into a unbelievable deal for just an additional 10$ a month i could get a new watch and a new phone and keep my old phone and even get a line added to my old phone. Sure sounds good but are you sure it will only be 10$. "I guarantee you only ten bucks extra and if there are any problems you can call me and I will take care of it". Great experience. Ask for Ren! Ren was very straight to the point and down to earth with me. I appreciated that he spoke to me like a human, not a corporate robot, and worked with me on an issue I was having with one of my devices. Goated Verizon employee.
One star is too much for the store located at Norterra. We recently walked in to upgrade our phones on our plan, we are a family of 6, so we were excited! New phones for all- when we walked in there was no sign to check in, no numbers to pull, and not one employee said a word. We saw there were a couple employees helping people while others were on tablets, so we stood there and waited and waited. Employees started to leave.. first one then another one.
