Came in here to replace my old phone and I’ve never left a Verizon store so satisfied. I stopped in one day for an issue and went back the next to replace my phone. Crockett Daniel Marcel Hugh and Jalen were so helpful and patient with me while I decided on what I wanted. If I ever have need to stop by a store for any reason I’ll be stopping there.
Hannah at this Verizon was great. She was patient, friendly and efficient. I needed to install the Fios wifi immediately. Although Hannah didn’t handle Fios, she called her colleague, who solved my problems. I really appreciate their hard work! I’m so happy that my problem was solved.
