Hibba helped me w a phone issue and she was the best! Professional friendly and tried a couple of things before problem solved; makes me happy I have Verizon ; plus lOVE having women in tech!
There's a good employee there Hibba, she really tried to help us setting up the 5ghome internet. For some reason we couldn't continue finish the process with her (unfortunately) and the next day when we got there, we found no useful employees. In summary, they said take this box and figure it out by yourself. If you need any help call costumer support, we noticed this red flag and tried to pick up where we left off with Hibba but it was not possible. These guys are the "truth". After being jerked around at another Verizon location located closer to where I live, I did a search and found this highly rated store. It is highly rated for a reason. Super professional and an extra call out to Hugh who fixed me up quickly and thoughtfully. Anytime I need service I am going back to this store.
