Here’s a professional but clearly dissatisfied review you could post: I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store on 23rd Street. When I arrived, the employee assisting customers barely acknowledged me and came across as dismissive throughout the interaction. I was looking for a specific phone, and without taking the time to double check inventory, she immediately told me the item was unavailable. The Verizon representative was right on time swapped out my router, a definite upgrade. He was professional and efficient.
Vic and his staff were super helpful in getting us a replacement for a lost phone. Highly recommend.
