Went in for a simple payment and an upgrade. Salespeople heard what I do for a living and saw how young and uninformed I was, now I’m stuck paying 600 a month for added stuff I never needed. Definitely cutting my service off with Verizon indefinitely.

Firstly, I give 5 star rating to Juan Gonzalez for the exceptional customer service he provided to me and my parents when we added 2 extra lines to my account a week ago. He was very patient and walked us through every step of the process until completion. Mind you, my parents are elderly (they look young but they are almost 80) and didn’t even remember their email accounts nor are tech savvy and we had to work all those details out.
