Verizon has been criminal if you ask me. They signed us up in No. Carolina with a portable wifi and instead of the $39. A month, they are charging us $100 . In trying to return this thing, we spent hours on the phone and gone to store. I'm so upset with this big bill. Everyone passing the buck saying they'll fix it and no one has. Latest is they will mail me a return address label and once they gave it back we'll talk. I'm so done with Verizon.
Edward was THE BEST! He was sooo knowledgeable and thorough. I walked in in panic mode because my phone (from AT&T) died a horrible and painful death and walked out grinning from ear to ear. He made sure to find me the best plan for me and was positive I understood my NEW phone before I walked out the door! Word of warning to EVERYONE...BACKUP!

Prejudged, not informative, also did not explain possible deals with our plan. The one woman took one look at us, walked to the back and hid in there till another man came out. I also was not shown “Verizon mobile protect” and it was slapped on my bill WITHOUT IT BEING MENTIONED. The salesman are clearly mindless and only read what there “manager” writes down.
