The last 24 hours of my life with Verizon have been a nightmare. Absolute nonsense. Trying to do a return online they tell me to go to the store I go to one store they tell me to go to another store then they tell me to go to another store has to be a corporate store to do a return from an online purchase. So I play ball. I drive 30 minutes from my house to come to this location.
