Extremely poor customer service. Manager named “Irene you don’t need my last name” should find a different line of work, possibly making sandwiches
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! They might be the best version store ever. I would definitely suggest this place to everyone that has Verizon.
This store is always very organized. The service is always wonderful. I came here because I had no service. I was greeted at the door and helped right away. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept the location neat and the store is big. They explained what the issue was and I was on my way. The parking is a little tight.
Customer service was lacking. Rep not really interested in helping. Could not fix the problem I had with new phone.
Only went there to turn in my trade in phone that I bought online so really can't offer much. The young guy that took my phone was friendly.
