Jasmine was above and beyond so knowledgeable, patient, courteous and so helpful. I gave Ben going to this Verizon location since it was here and have never been out so quickly with my problems taken care of. She was awesome!!
Everytime I go to this particular store it is a hassle. Customer service is poor, I never get any service or repairs due to customer service. I have tried some many different times to utilize this location, but end result is I will never go to this location again
Go and see Melissa! She is absolutely amazing, very knowledge, very friendly. She has integrity I went in with my daughter for some help with our phones and she was great!
