One line gone to Comcast another will be done this week. Went into Verizon store to cancel another line and it turns out the rep did a bait and switch last year and I am stuck with it for two more years. I cannot wait to get rid of Verizon and they're freaking lies. I was an 18 year customer. Two more years on my contract I'll pay for that and jump over to Comcast as soon as possible. These people didn't help at all, we've had issues since day one, no help. fake promises. wont resolve or help. Just took our money and didn't care after. I wouldn't recommened any one to shop here. Complete rip off
