I walked out with my phone working even less before I entered this store due to staff. Went in to check my options after phone stopped connecting to the internet but still received texts. With Mobile Protect I thought it'd be easy. I didn't count on the staff person making it hard every step of the way. Off the bat, I suspect they thought I had stolen the phone after they asked me probing questions and checked my ID before even asking for a phone # to look up my account. This has to be by far one of the worst stores I have dealt with. They try to act like they provide great customer service but once you transfer over to them you hear nothing back. Oz, was awful. I would go back to ATT if I could.
AVOID THIS STORE! THE “EMPLOYEES” ARE SCAMMERS! This is not a review for Verizon, but of this store and its employees specifically! I just wanted to upgrade my cracked phone. The guy there tried to tell me I had to add two lines and change my plan in order to keep my bill around the same price and to upgrade. Adding two lines just to upgrade didn’t make sense to me so I didn’t do it obviously.
