I came into this Verizon store after going to a different store in Hinsdale and I will never go into any other Verizon store. The reps in Hinsdale lied to me about my bill and when I came to the store in OakBrook, Viv and yousif both took the initiative to help me out and take care of my needs. They identified what the issue was called customer service for me and fixed my issues. They even lowered my bill lower than it was before.
