This was the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon. I was reluctant to go in store because I’ve only had bad interactions from previous visits at other locations, which left all my issues unresolved. Rosendo, including the two other employees that helped me during my visit, were absolutely amazing.
The worst Verizon company store to go to. Bought a phone for my son on week ago and it has a pixel issue on the screen. We were sent by another store to just trade phones, because it's less than 30 days and this fool tried to scam me for more money. This is not the first time in this area that we have had the worst service from Verizon.
No one is aware of anything past getting you to sign
Very helpful, got in and out which I appreciate with a toddler
