Traded in a phone and had an incredibly easy process from start to finish! Security was also super kind in helping me out, signing in, etc. I was worried I’d run into problems or complications and the whole thing was seamless. I went there to buy a smart watch and they wouldn't give me the watch . They wanted me to pay a down payment. I didn't get paid yet. They told me I would have to pay another bill and then my credit would go up but I pay all my bills on time..
I recently switched carriers and am now part of the Verizon family. Certain issues prevented me from activating my phone, upon entering the building, I was greeted by Ali who took the time to offer me solutions, after a short wait I was attended by Juan, after conversing with him and Ali my issue was resolved within a matter of minutes! My phone is now active, working and the service from them two was outstanding. Thank you guys for making my day and first experience a memorable one!
