Edith Vargas was the absolute worst. We came there to potentially move our business lines over from T-Mobile, but we still had to see if we were able to pay off our phones in order to switch service over. We never confirmed and was still sent a bill, I called multiples and emailed her with zero responses. We finally went into the store and she was extremely rude.
