I walked into this store asking for some help cleaning up my bill and see if I could save some money since id just finished paying off my phone. Since that day my bill has been a MESS! They charged me for home internet that I never used, they added a line that did not want or need, and my bill has been over $400 for 2 lines and 2 iphones. Oh my god went to Get a copy of my bill these ppl talk about everything but what needs to be done. Ppl in here need things done at a timely manner others have things to do. I didn't even get what I needed and the customer didn't even buy the phone. The manager the Chinese guy was more interested in the free customer service.
Associates and manager were all professional and friendly. They didn't have the exact phone I wanted in the shelf, but ordered it for me and gave me the best deal for it.
Went to Verizon to get a new phone for my boyfriend and ended up ditching my old plan and becoming a customer as well. The store was super clean, really relaxed, and wasn't over crowded. There were plenty of staff for the number of customers and we worked with Destin who was hands down the absolute best. Answered all the stupid (okay not stupid) questions we had and then some! Really made the experience pleasant and not something to dread.
The associates were incredibly fast to help us replace our older Verizon router with a new one. Very excellent customer service!
