Went in for a broken watch. I was helped right away. By 2 employees. Both were very nice and super helpful. Everything was explained to me and they took care of me quickly. Even had to call back when I left to ask an additional question and they answered and helped. Very good service 👍🏿

I never give bad ratings, but the assistant manager at this verizon store was so rude, condescending, and patronizing to me because I didn't understand how to use my new phone and I didn't know what C phone chargers are so I was confused about it. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for almost 6 years. I have stuck with Verizon through price increases and poor customer service while being courted by competitors with enticing deals and promotions, and low priced new products. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is an absolute disgrace, and any promises made at the time of purchase are meaningless once they have your money. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 18 years, and I’ve never been treated with such blatant disrespect and disregard.
