I stopped in Verizon at Hamilton town center for help with a cracked screen cover. I had a really bad experience the day before at another Verizon dealer and was basically told it was my problem to figure out how to handle a warranty issue …even though I had purchased the warranty at that store. I basically wanted to know where and how to do the exchange. I think when you are an old woman , they just don’t care. If I move to Verizon, it won't be via this store. I was there last night, 12/26, and the manager came over to tell me he was there to check on me and make sure I wasn't stealing anything. It was very unprofessional.
