Service sucks. Prices increasing. No loyalty to long time customers...I cannot wait for my phone to be paid off and I am switching.
Maurice is incredible. I came in with my mom who desperately needed a new phone but she was on the fence about spending the money. Maurice spent so much of his time working with us and he ended up finding such a good deal for her that not only did we leave the store with my moms new phone, but I also had to take him up on the deal and I was able to upgrade my already newer phone AND my tablet. Lukas was so amazingly helpful. He was able to help us get a great deal on two new phones for our kids and help with some discrepancies on our bill that we had no idea we were paying for. We will from now on go to this Verizon store for all our purchases.
