I had to come in today with a frustrating situation and OSCAR was AWESOME! He worked the situation with me using such professionalism and care. I had to contact 611 and he even provided me the steps with what needed to be said/done on the phone. Customer service like that is rare to find and I can't say thank you enough to OSCAR for caring and helping me out!
Awful customer service. The manager was just as rude and unhelpful as the employees. Will never be using Verizon again after the way they treated customers.
