I was misled and was told all of our phone lines, iPad, and Internet box were all eligible for upgrade for free. Then I was told by the sales associate that I was stressing her out. And she also proceeded to tell me that she needed this to go through so she could meet her goal to go to Las Vegas. Then my payment, which was $150 more, was taken out on January 2 when my auto draft date was January 5. The store cannot give me an explanation nor can customer service at the one 800 number. Staff is completely disinterested in helping you when you are in. No sense of understanding if a client walks in, they probably have a need, and it comes off like you’re interrupting their day to help. Spent an hour going through new plan options, told a price multiple times, and then to find out the staff member I was working with didn’t know how the program worked and got to the pay screen and the price was $30 a month more. Be interested in your customer. Know your product.

The customer service at this location is very good. Kayla and others there have been very helpful as we have set up a business account and moved phones over to Verizon. While there have been other challenges this location has always came through with the solutions

The absolute best Verizon location I’ve ever been to! Oscar was so knowledgeable and provided the absolute best service, and Destin was amazing as well, making sure we were being taken care of and provided us with a ton of great info! Grateful for them both and the experience we had.
