Because I hadn't been helped sufficiently at another Verizon "franchise", I tried the "corporate" Verizon Store on 28th in Boulder. I came with a whole list of problems that I was having with my new phone...In less than an hour, Cody fixed every one of them, with patience, honesty, kindness and excellent customer service. All 4 employees there that evening were very professional. I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. Try Verizon on 28th in Boulder. Don't go anywhere else, and insist on Cody!

Upgraded iPhone to 17 Pro Max to include trade in and set up. Great phone fair price. Was helped by Whitney who was Awesome! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Her experience and customer service were excellent all with a wining personality made my purchase quite enjoyable. Nice store great hours and location. Staff is top notch.

Service was good, but delivery, not so much. I went in to get a new phone for me and switch my old phone to a new line for my son. The guy who helped me was good, but the new phone wasn't delivered on time, meaning I couldn't give my old phone to my son on his birthday (which the Verizon person knew was a deadline for me). If I had known it wouldn't arrive on time, I actually would have gotten a different phone. Typical over-promising and under-delivering I've come to expect from this store.
