The staff was rude to me and my friend. They did not help with my issues. I had an appointment yet they were 30 minutes late seeing me. My service continues to be terrible. I will try the Longmont store.
Lost $800. I bought a phone here and got an $800 trade-in credit for an old phone. It took me a long time to get everything I needed off of the old phone and in the meantime I lost the return envelope - totally my fault. I looked up an address to send the phone to, but it got returned to me. I called Verizon and they said I needed a special envelope with a special code on it that they would send me, but they just never sent anything.
