Great experience at the Verizon store in Boulder. Adam was very helpful, as was his colleague. This is the real Verizon store; now located near Nordstrom Rack on 29th Street; not sure why there are so many incorrect addresses out there!
WARNING. Do not get involved with Verizon's prepaid service. If you change carriers, Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it. I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre-paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method; they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this... read more

Matt (the a store GM), Riley, and Gabe went above and beyond to make sure all my issues had been solved with my Business account. This has been the best in-store customer service that I have received. I wish I could give more stars.
I just spent some time with Brian at this location and had a very good customer service experience.
