Terrible experience at this store. Went in last month to upgrade my daughter's iPhone 14 to an iPhone 17 Pro. Was lied to about protection plans and the salesperson was generally incompetent. Then when I came back a couple weeks later to return her old phone I was told there was a corporate takeover and that they couldn't accept the phone and that I have to drive to the Longmont store. Hugh was awesome. He fixed an issue with my online order. Contacted me when my phone arrived at the store, got me set up, told me about all the money saving deals and answered all my questions. He was friendly, professional and thorough!

Absolute terrible service here. When I asked the service rep to help with creating a family account I was told, “I don’t have a button for that and I can’t help you”. “We only sell phones and activate them here”. Very unhelpful and actually changed my outlook on Verizon. I didn’t get what I needed done here and was a complete waste of time. Bad customer service and as a member for over 20 years with a business account I was blown away by the bad service today.
Some advice to whoever is handling the $ here—get rid of the useless lady with dark hair who said she can’t help with anything “unless there’s a button to push”. If an employee can’t help other humans in person in a store then automate her job—a computer can do it then! Save the $ on employees.
