After a few decades with Verizon mobile service, I left Verizon and as a result receiving some misinformation from Verizon, had a notable billing issue. Phone customer service was unwilling to do anything about it, but did suggest I might talk with a store. I went into the Boulder store and Manny worked with the corporate offices to right the situation and get the billing issue addressed. Was made a lot of promises when they convinced me to switch over from att. Never got my 680 rebate and had to take it upon myself to fix it , then was promised meta glasses that promo exp the day before I signed up . Every time I go to the store on 29th street mall the manager Matt always has an attitude, and try’s to be a tough guy … not a good look.
Elle took amazing care of us when getting our new account launched! We had some hiccups initially getting going and she was patient, thorough and awesome. Highly recommend!
