This must be Verizon’s new location after being in the complex on Arapahoe in Boulder. I figured Verizon had shut down one of their few remaining corporate stores. Horrible experience. Several reps helped me & my partner (procedure or maybe they didn’t know what they were doing & had to consult one another?). There was no accountability in the end, how convenient. This negative review isn’t directed at the employees, but rather at the management. My family and I visited the store to get our phones upgraded, but the temperature was unbearably high. It was 102 degrees outside, and the store was around 88 degrees. The employees appeared miserable, and the customers waiting in the store were also uncomfortable. This place urgently needs air conditioning to ensure the safety of both the customers and the employees. It’s an unsafe work environment.

I went in because I had to enter password every time. Not knowingly I clicked 1 button and entered this password. When I was being checked in at Verizon there was a 45-60 minute wait. I asked if it was possible to unlock my phone and she said she didn't know how to do it. I know it's simple because it was literally entering a new password at the wrong place. Well, I just went into the Superior , Colorado store and yup, it took less than a minute to remedy my situation.

Kobe assisted me in upgrading my phone and transferring numbers between five phones. He also helped me set up two new lines for my son and transferred the data on the new phones. Kobe was patient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and suggest he receive a raise!
