Rude and disrespectful
I had a great experience at the Verizon store on 57th Street today. I went in to get a new iPhone, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly helpful, and they took the time to set everything up for me right there in the store. A special shoutout to Sharynel, who was especially knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process.
