I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place is truly incompetent. Verizon told me to come to this specific corporate store to get my itemized bill printed after leaving to go to another provider. I was on the phone with Verizon who was telling them they could print my bill, yet they insisted they could not. I know for a fact they can, having been told this by both Verizon customer service (multiple times) and the experience of people online. Very Very Bad experience waiting time is extremely long and the employees are so slow and unprofessional
If I could I would give this location a minus 10 had a terrible experience at the Verizon store on 57th Street and 6th Avenue. The staff there, especially a representative named Aira, were unhelpful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. After returning from a trip to Europe, where I used Vodafone for data, my Verizon service would not reactivate. I went to this store seeking help.
