Rude and disrespectful
I had a great experience at the Verizon store on 57th Street today. I went in to get a new iPhone, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly helpful, and they took the time to set everything up for me right there in the store. A special shoutout to Sharynel, who was especially knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. This was unlike any in-store Verizon experience I’ve ever had! Came in quickly after work for a quick question that the Verizon chat service wasn’t able to help me with online, and Elisha greeted me kindly at the front door. She listened carefully, was eager to help, and helped me SO thoroughly and clearly!
