I don't like the warmth inside the store and bad experience
My experience at this Verizon store was really great. I worked with a representative, Leah, who was so knowledgeable, clear and helpful in her explanations and was so patient with me along the whole process of buying a new iphone, downloading it and setting my new phone up. She anticipated issues and resolved them. I highly recommend Leah and the other staff at this Verizon store.
I had an excellent experience at Verizon with Steven! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect phone and plan for my needs. He took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and witnessed him helping others efficiently as well :) Thanks to his guidance, I found a fantastic phone that fits my budget perfectly. Highly recommend this store for anyone in the market for a new device!
