Good people but took really long

Zane at Verizon provided fantastic customer service when I went in for a new phone. No pressure to get a phone or plan I didn’t want, and good explanations and recommendations of products, features, and prices. He went above and beyond to try and find a phone with more storage for me in stock in other locations, and came up with a great alternative solution that met all my needs in the end. I would visit this store again for future purchases or questions.
