CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE 4/26/25 I arrived at Verizon at 7pm this evening to inquire about a new phone sine my screen went haywire. The gentleman that was helping was very helpful and respectful. However the woman that was also working with him that kept butting into our conversation was Extremely Rude! I was asking about splitting my bill and applying autopay to 2 separate accounts with 2 separate payment structures.
