It was good and fast
I entered the store and asked for a very specific product. The gentleman said sure he could help me. Made me a purchase order. Started the process of applicating my screen protector with a smile. Ask when a lady came in if he could help her really quick and get her a ticket. I said it's all good. Came back in 30 seconds to finish me up. He was well appreciated
They pull info from accounts to then solicit you to upgrade. I got a text from a GOOGLE VOICE number to come in to a location I've never even been to. When I spoke with Amy the manager she was the most defensive and downright nasty person. Dont go here.. deal with the corporate Verizon.. not a authorized retailer. They used to be Verizon.. probably such a bad location thay Verizon bailed.
