The staff here outright lied to me and made me a bunch of offers that didn't even really exist. Saying I could keep my old phone and add a new line for no charge. The liar said that I wouldn't be charged for the new line for 36 months. They said I wouldn't be charged activation fees etc for that new line. He also said I wouldn't be charged any of the associated fees for upgrading my existing line. Was just at this location. Checked in at the entrance & the screen said I would be helped when it was my turn, then went to sit down as it seemed all the employees were busy. I was there about 25 minutes waiting for assistance. Eventually most of the employees were done helping their customers, the app said it was my turn, but nobody came to me. Then a couple walked in and an employee immediately ran over to them before they even checked in. That’s when I walked out.
