DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE- do not work with Xavior or the manager Rebecca. My senior father went into upgrade and walked out being told he was. not an authorized user and forced to open a new account. My father's name is on the bill, is on the account (confirmed by CS) and he upgraded and actived a new phone in the store just a few years ago. Kira is awesome and always gets me in and out without any issues! I highly recommend this location, I always leave with what I need and a smile on my face. If you’re going somewhere else, don’t go to this one!
