Today we change are cell phone plan base of the Verizon in store recommendations. We were told over and over again this change would NOT change are Disney plan we currently had with Verizon and was told over and over again we still would not have ads still on this new plan. A few hours later laying in bed watching Disney first thing happened was ads. Never will trust Verizon again. I’ve been lied to so many times by there store employees I’m pissed. Just had phone's upgraded. Christian was awesome.
When we went in this store we were the only customers, at least 6 employees standing there, the guy who came to help us upgrade was not knowledgeable about the phones. When asking about specific issues of previous iPhone models camera lenses autocorrecting issues, and wondering if iPhone 17 upgrade had corrected those lens issues, he knew nothing about that and said nobody else ever had a problem with it when there are whole forums discussions about the very issue! Christian is the best. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Outstanding customer service. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him to any and all customers.
