This was the worst experience ever. Purchased phones online/ over the phone. Went to the store 3 1/2 hours lady, the young Latina girl who attempted to help stated the phones were ready and all she had to do was pack them up. Fast forward to 1 hour and 1/2 later she then comes back and stated that since we are in store it won't let her give us the phones, crazy right.
