I placed an online order to upgrade my phone as the website stated they had the phone I was looking for in stock and would be ready for pickup in about an hour. I paid over $200 to update my phone. I waited over 5 hours with zero updates or information on my order. I drove 30minutes to this location to inquire about the delay. I was greeted by the most unprofessional customer service employee. Service is not good. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and always come out frustrated with the staff. They tell you one thing and it is never accurate. The last time I was told I was better off calling customer service (after waiting 30 mins for my turn). Ridiculous.
