Mia and "Mali" are absolutely AWESOME!!! They are knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant!! But they also go a step above......and are kind, caring and attentive individuals. Verizon totally lucked out with them!!
Matt at Verizon in Middletown was amazing. I went in expecting to have to drive all the way back to Cherry Hill to fix a problem another store created, but Matt took the time to figure everything out and got it resolved right there. He was knowledgeable, patient, and ended up getting my bill even lower than it was before. I left the store relieved and very grateful for his help. Verizon is lucky to have him!
