Matt at Verizon in Middletown was amazing. I went in expecting to have to drive all the way back to Cherry Hill to fix a problem another store created, but Matt took the time to figure everything out and got it resolved right there. He was knowledgeable, patient, and ended up getting my bill even lower than it was before. I left the store relieved and very grateful for his help. Verizon is lucky to have him!

Taylor from the Middletown store was Wonderful!! She showed me so kindly how to delete duplicates. How to free up more space for the cloud. How to delete messages! She was amazing and so patient! What a great employee!
The staffs seemed very welcoming when you start the conversation and until you close the deal. Afterwards the response is not good. There is lack of transparency and different staff can provide different information. A proper training is required to provide a better customer satisfaction. Over all unfortunately not a good experience.
