I've had the same phone for 10 years and it's because my bill is finally correct after 4 years of trying. My previous experience was terrible at the Middletown store. I recently tried the Elkton store, it was so sad, The handicapp ramp was a challenge, it's crumbling,and the girl was unkept with jagged dirty nails and dried food on her lip, the guy didn't look happy to be there.
