Below is my original review. To add to it today I contacted the number previded in TCCs response and it goes to Verizon who can not help me because this was an affiliate store. I went into the store and they said they could not help me, to call Verizon. When I asked for the name of the person in the store who assisted me today he said they are not allowed to give out their names. Frustrating to say the least. When I got home and carefully read my invoice (shame on me for not doing it in the store), there was a charge of 49.99 for Setup Assistant. Also a charge of 29.99 for Round Up. I was not told upfront about these and did not authorize them. I felt scammed. There is also an upgrade fee showing on my account when I looked on line, and they have signage in the store that there is no upgrade fees. On the other hand the service to setup my new phone was excellent, but for 49.99 I certainly could have done it myself. I feel taken a... read more
