The staff at this location is awesome. I experienced the best customer service. The store manager, Julio, took time to ensure that I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, and that I received the phone and accessories I desired. This is by far the best Verizon store and staff in the Richmond/Midlothian area.
Julio was so very helpful! Very personable staff, and they solved my problem quickly! Will be returning to this verizon store again in the future. Best experience I’ve had dealing with phone stores.
