Samuel was so incredibly helpful! My phone has as broken to the point I couldn't even turn it on and he managed to get it working well enough to salvage my data and got me set up with a brand new phone so fast! He was very patient and kind when discussing tech that was new to me. I will definitely return to this Verizon location if I ever need more help. Thank you Samuel!

Sam and his staff were outstanding! I switched my whole family over to Verizon from another carrier and they made the process seamless. Everyone was friendly, professional and so helpful! They spent extra time with me to ensure that everything was setup correctly and really went above and beyond. So happy we switched to Verizon and went to this location to do it.

First customer and the two men there were like that is a Samsung product and I don't know anything abiut them. I bought the watch from Verizon and came there for help. They did attempt to help. However, I was not satisfied with customer service.

The staff at this location is awesome. I experienced the best customer service. The store manager, Julio, took time to ensure that I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, and that I received the phone and accessories I desired. This is by far the best Verizon store and staff in the Richmond/Midlothian area.
