They are super helpful and pleasant to work with.
I recently visited this location because they are usually my go to store. A gentleman named Kevin used to work there and always assisted me. He is no longer there. I was advised that it was a 20 minute wait. I waited for over an hour. No one checked on me or said your next, or even acknowledged how long I had been waiting including the gentleman who checked me into the system when I walked in. He walked passed me several times. Went in for a screen protector issue, asked the associate if there was warranty on the screen protector I purchased with the phone. He says no, and offers me a $60 and a $90 option (same brand I have on the phone now) he rings up my selection, takes my payment and proceeds to tell me that this brand of screen protector has a lifetime warranty, just go online and they will replace it… so basically you lied. I’ve also called the corporate number to report this.
Verizon Wireless had in stock precisely the correct item that was required to facilitate contiguous operations! MANY THANKS ! ! !
