Horrible service, wasn't told hello but folks that walked in afterwards were greeted. Waited for help for about 15-20 minutes when an employee came back to the front area from what was possibly her lunch break so Waited for a few minutes and gave up on it after seeing the employee play with a display for a few minutes then turned and went back into the back. My husband and I went to this store today and The manager David was super helpful we needed help with the sims activation and he was very diligent it took about 2 hrs to resolve the issue that another store made. He is amazing and effective . If you need help with your phone this is the location for you to go! Thank you once again David !!!!
