We were assisted by an employee named Sofia at the Verizon corporate store yesterday 10/6/26 It’s important for staff to know when they don’t have the accurate information to answer a customer’s question. Instead of guessing, they should direct customers to someone who can help. Once Sofia realized we were not eligible for financing, she became unhelpful, gave pushback, and was rude.
