Ended up going to the store 8 times to get my phones switched from AT&T to Verizon. Everything from wrong shipping address, phone not activated, to wrong phone serial numbers on the trade in to billing a mess. So disappointed. Plus had 2 calls to customer service with Verizon that actually did more than the store.
I've lived in the area for just over a year. I've been to this location about 10 times. Every experience has been some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This most recent visit: I traded in 2 old Galaxy phones, at a different location. The other location helped us with the transfer, setup, etc. on the new phones. They advised that we keep the old ones to ensure that all our apps transfered and if anything required confirmations, we had the old phones to ensure we could handle that.
