I walked in with a problem, that I couldn't solve, and walked out ten minutes later fixed and happy.
The wait was long but the gentleman that eventually helped us was patient and knowledgeable.
The reps are liars. Do not trust them. Back in December I added my kids to my plan and their promo was free iPhone 16 with 3 year contract. So we signed up. After it was said and done they informed me we would be charged for the phone on our bill but then credited that same amount. Shady but whatever I understand it’s so we don’t break contract. I still think it’s something that should be explained up front, not at the end. Today, we go back in because my son’s phone was lost. I know I’m going to have to pay for a new phone.... read more
Good selection of phones and fast friendly staff.
This location is amazing. Went to power location and they had no idea what they were doing. This store on signal butte not only got me my new phone but set up another line and without having to force the trade in promotions. Maria was amazing pay her more !!
