About a year ago a sales person lied and said if I got a new line, phone would be free. Never happened, still paying full price with added new line. Second visit this weekend, husband was in the store to buy 2 phones. Next thing I know, I get an email that someone added a new line and attached a new iphone to my account, fraud! This store has horrible sales folks that are unethical.
I was running around chasing dead leads from the Verizon app on where I could turn my old phone in and everywhere it told me to go to turned me down telling me they don't take returns or that I chose to mail my return so I'll have to mail it. I finally went to this place which I should have done first but the Verizon site didn't make this store an option. Anyways, this was my last resort if they didn't take it either I give up. Ok Verizon phone service is great. Everything else is crap. The stores CANT help you with your account. They call the same customer service # you do. They just sell service and phones. It took 3 months to get a 200$ device charge off my bill after I sent it in. Multiple representatives lied to me multiple times.
My grandmother had a random major issue with her phone. We stopped by the store not long after open on Saturday and TJ was incredibly patient in helping us diagnose the issue. He offered us a few different avenues and was an enormous help. Maybe the best experience I've had at a Verizon/cell phone store. Thanks for the kindness, patience, and expertise, TJ!
