If I could give this location zero stars, I would. On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, shortly after 9:15 a.m., I came in for help restoring my phone’s eSIM. Staff at another Verizon store had performed a factory reset to troubleshoot a connection issue, which deleted the eSIM. They were unable to reinstall it because of service problems at the store.
