This store needs help!!! I went in to find out what was going on with my phone bill and Venice (the black guy) said hello, and asked what I needed help with. I told him what was going on and he asked for the phone number, I gave him the phone number and waited for him to say at least something, He didn't say anything. I asked him if everything was okay. Came in with an issue with an iPhone 13. Keenan greeted us and immediately started assessing the problem, which turned out to be a bad SIM card. He replaced the card, tested everything and sent us out very happy customers. Watching the interaction in the store, all associates were as friendly and helpful as Keenan was to us. Thanks for a great experience!
I received a new phone last week that immediately started glitching. Upon this, I called Verizon support who instructed me to take my phone into the nearest store and ask for a replacement. I followed this instruction today, and was told/scoffed at multiple times by the employee who assisted me that this was the incorrect process and did not try to hide his annoyance at having to deal with the issue at hand.
