I just left the store after working with Charissa. She was so amazing to me. So nice and so friendly. You never know what a little bit of kindness can mean to someone who is having a really rough time and she really made me feel miles better. If every employee was like her, the world would be a better place! She tried to fix my phone and when she couldn't she took the time to file an insurance claim for me and helped me with getting access to everything since I could not with my phone being blacked out.
